International Task Force

The International Task Force was established at the coordination meeting convened by the UNEP/AEWA Secretariat on 29 November 2013 in Bonn, Germany. Its objectives are to foster and facilitate the implementation of the Plan of Action to Address Bird Trapping along the Mediterranean Coasts of Egypt and Libya.

It involves representatives of all organisations present at the meeting as well as EURING, which joined afterwards. The membership comprises governmental institutions, Secretariats of MEAs, and international and national NGOs.
